Acceptance of Terms

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on cx725. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and valid bank details. cx725 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure account security and comply with standard verification procedures.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact cx725 support immediately. cx725 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Cx725 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or exploit cx725's systems in any way.
- Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Conducting financial transactions involving fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Using the cx725 platform for commercial purposes without written authorisation from management.
Cx725 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious behaviour and take appropriate action, including suspending an account while an investigation is ongoing.
Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the cx725 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using valid payment methods registered in their own name. cx725 does not accept payments from third-party accounts.
Cx725 supports a range of Malaysian local payment methods, including DuitNow, bank transfers, and selected e-wallets. Deposit processing times vary depending on the method chosen; however, cx725 endeavours to ensure funds are credited promptly upon confirmation.
For withdrawals, users must ensure their account is fully verified and meets the minimum requirements set out by cx725. cx725 reserves the right to reject or delay a withdrawal if further verification or an investigation into account activity is required. Any transaction-related fees are the user's responsibility and will be clearly stated before the transaction is confirmed.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Cx725 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple account registrations, use of false information during registration, or any action deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform.
Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact cx725 support for clarification and to submit an appeal where applicable. cx725 will investigate each case fairly and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
If an account is voluntarily closed by the user, any remaining balance (if applicable) will be processed for return in accordance with cx725's standard procedures, subject to the withdrawal conditions in force at the time.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Cx725 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical failures, or the actions of third parties.
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software on the cx725 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of cx725 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from cx725.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in Malaysia.
